What is an Estate Sale? We come into the home and evaluate it's content you are interested in liquidating. After signing the contract we will sort, organize, research, price, market/advertise & sell your household items. The estate may be left empty in a " clean sweep" state if chosen & possible, this may require a dumpster set (scheduled & paid for by the client). We provide all sale related equipment, obtain any city permits, post street and property signage & provide a bid box. Cash is given to you for all gross cash sales of items + customer checks, minus our commission fee & expenses (only a newspaper ad fee). All this happens start to finish within 1 to 2 weeks.
